Curb-Enhancing Stone border installation and refresh in Belle Vernon, Pa

D&L Landscaping and exterior cleaning in Belle Vernon, PA completed a landscape enhancement project focused on defining and cleaning the garden beds around a light post, a small adjacent bed, and the bed near the driveway. The main element of the job was a 62-foot Sahara sand stone border that we installed to create a consistent edge and a finished look for the three areas.

We began the stone border installation by cutting out the existing plastic edging. Removing the old edging created a clean working area and allowed the new stone to sit properly at grade. This step ensured the border could be placed without interference from the old material.

Next, we placed the Sahara sand stone around each bed, matching the line of the existing garden shapes so the full 62-foot border read as one continuous feature. The stones were positioned to provide a clear separation between the planting areas and the surrounding lawn and hardscape, which helps define the beds visually.

After installing the stone and clearing the weeds, we removed all debris from the property, including the pieces of old plastic edging and the waste from the weeding. The work area was swept and checked so the site looked tidy and ready to be enjoyed.

This project combined stone border installation, edging replacement, weed removal, debris clean up, and final trimming to update and tidy the property. If you are in Belle Vernon, PA and considering a similar landscape enhancement, D&L landscaping and exterior cleaning can provide the same approach to create clean bed lines and a finished outdoor look.
